Frequently Asked Questions
Do we accept insurance?
Sterling SMPT is a concierge physical therapy practice and is not in-network with any insurance companies. This allows us the autonomy to treat patients one on one and provide first class service. We are not limited by insurance coverage and contracts and can treat YOU the way you NEED and DESERVE to be treated.
We do accept Health Saving Accounts (HSA) and can provide a receipt, upon request, with your billing codes (Superbill) for you to submit to your out -of-network benefits if you choose.
Please call if you need further explanations or have any questions.

Do you need a referral?
Sterling SMPT is a direct access provider meaning you can come to us directly without having to see a Physician for a referral.
For Dry Needling, a Physicians referral is required.
