Dr. Torey Page, PT, DPT, OCS
THERE IS JUST NOTHING LIKE HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE A PART OF A PERSON’S JOURNEY TO ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS AND WITNESSING THE JOY THAT OVERCOMES THEM THE MOMENT THEY REALIZE THEY HAVE ARRIVED THERE. IT NEVER GETS OLD. IT IS A CONSTANT REMINDER THAT MOVEMENT NOT ONLY HEALS THE BODY, BUT IS MEDICINE FOR THE SOUL.
Dr. Torey Page is recognized as a specialist in evaluation and rehabilitation of the lower extremity, pelvis, spine, and shoulder. During his career he has had the privilege of helping thousands of patients return to their sport, as well as their recreational activities and hobbies. He is a specialist in the analysis of human movement and biomechanics, with advanced training in running mechanics, running retraining, and return to sport training. As a former collegiate level athlete himself, he understands the balance required to improve performance, while also maintaining health and wellbeing. While attending San Diego State University, he was an intern strength and conditioning coach for the SDSU football team. Dr. JESSICA RAMIREZ, PT, DPT
Jessica Ramirez PT, DPT has been a practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2015. She specializes in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Jessica completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She has advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, clinical management of fitness athletes, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Jessica developed her passion for physical therapy and working with an active population through her own personal experience with physical therapy as a student athlete. She grew up playing sports and was able to continue basketball at the collegiate level where she sustained several injuries requiring surgery and subsequent physical therapy. Because of this she offers a unique perspective for her clients who are striving to get back to performance after an injury.
Sports have always been a focal point for Jessica. She has a passion for working with athletes pre and post injury to help them achieve their highest potential and return to a sport that brings them joy. Her favorite part about working at Sterling SMPT is the time she gets to spend with her patients. Coming from the traditional insurance model of physical therapy, she often struggled to give 110% to all her patients due to the time/financial constraints imposed by insurance companies. Here at Sterling SMPT she is able to provide patient focused care and help her patients achieve their goals.
A native of Florida, Jessica has lived in Atlanta since graduating from UCF in 2015. She currently resides in Brookhaven and enjoys playing grass and sand volleyball, lifting, hot yoga, and spending time with her friends.
