09/22 I fell, I was diagnosed with a shoulder impingement and lost all mobility in my left shoulder. I did almost 3 months of physical and it was not helping. I was recommended to Sterling by Christina (she’s the best and is at the front desk). I had lost all hope but I decided to give them a try. When I started I could not raise my arm over my head, reach my back, struggled to get dressed and couldn’t do any upper body at the gym. After just 3 weeks at Sterling and working with Michelle, I was able to reach my back, put my jacket on and my hand went over my head. Michelle is my hero. She listens, she works with you to get your mobility back, and back to doing the things you love. In my case it’s going to the gym and working out. She is extremely passionate in what she does and takes a lot of pride in her work. Today I can lift weights, do pull ups, push ups and all the things I love. I am so happy with the entire team, they truly become family. I will forever be grateful for their practice. If your desire is to get your mobility back, please go visit Sterling. Highly recommend Sterling Sports Medicine. I took my teen tennis player for a knee issue. It was easy to get an appointment, the intake process was seemless, and the staff very helpful. Dr. Julie is patient, knowledgeable and really explains things in a way both parent and player can understand. My son was also given clear illustrated material for home care. Thank you Dr. Julie for getting our guy back on the court!

I loved the ease of setting up appointments and the personal care offered by Julie, even before our first PT appt. Julie and Michelle are awesome PTs who take time to explain thoroughly, give highly individualized care, set realistic goals with specific steps to get there, encourage and help focus on target issues in upcoming events. Love working with them!

I recommend Julie for any physical therapy needs. After having an ankle injury, she was able to recommend exercises and a routine to get me back on the road to recovery quickly and safely.

Julie does an amazing job with her patients. She gets to know them and focuses on what each patient needs individually. As a result, my son’s range of motion and strength have improved. Julie takes the time to look at the whole picture, not just the specific injury.
